Established in 2019, we offer training where tradition is respected, but a firm grounding in science and anatomy is integral. At the heart of our practice is moving and breathing in time to a steady, unchanging beat (and the psychology and neuroscience behind it), helping busy minds find a flow state.
We believe yoga should be accessible for all: physically, socially and financially, so all of our trainings have scholarships and bursaries available.
